I had a really bad experience with them. Firstly they didn’t give me any consultation before doing the lip procedure. After the filler healed, I noticed my lips were all uneven and the filler had migrated so I reached out to the injector who was super rude and defensive, even saying my lips looked “hideous” before. Then, they deleted the message and offered me just £100 back out of the £350 I paid. They suggested I come back to dissolve the filler, but I was already uncomfortable by that point so I turned it down. I ended up going to another injector to dissolve the filler, and it took three sessions to get rid of it. Even after all of that, the original injector wouldn’t take responsibility or cover the cost of fixing it. I lost a lot of money. AVOID THEM
